Bulgaria suppress Italy

Bulgaria was play brilliantly against Italy in World Cup 2014 qualification match,the host managed hold Euro 2012 finalist 2-2. Bulgaria reversing all the prediction, they played very well and deserved to win. While for the Italy clearly visible that Prandelli still looking for the perfect scheme for the squad. First they play with 3-5-2 in the first half and then he changed into 4-3-1-2 in the second half.

Bulgaria managed to lead by Manolev goal in 30th minute, but two goals in three minutes from Pablo Osvaldo managed to give the Italian to lead before Milanov scored the equalizer in 66th minute.

Prandelli played three new players from Euro 2012 squad which are Ogbonna,Giovinco and Osvaldo. From those names only Giovinco played very bad,practically the striker did not give any contribution. Ogbonna did fine to replace Chiellini who not fit yet after his injury,Osvaldo surely enjoyed the match he scored two goals and certainly will be the first choice for next match against Malta. 

Bulgaria played very organized,since first minute Italy took the control of the game. They played the defence very well and rely on the counterattack,in 30th minute they managed to get their first goal, long shoot by Manolev can not stopped by Buffon.

Eventhough Italy managed to lead by two quick goals by Osvaldo,second half surely belong to Bulgaria. They pressure Italy very well the Azzuri can not keep they rhythm, maybe this is the reason Prandelli change the formation into 4-3-1-2 by changing Giacherini with Diamanti and Ogbonna with Peluzo. However this change is a blunder, few minutes after the change Bulgaria managed to equalized. Lucky for Italy Bulgaria failed to utilize the chance in second half so the score remain the same after the end of the match.
