Juventus will host Napoli in this week, the Big match between two candidate scudetto teams. Both Juventus and Napoli haven't defeated by any tim so far and collecting 19 points. The game will definately shows who a little dominant to win the title.

Napoli gain advantage from World Cup Qualifier, some Juventus players are getting injured from their International matches. Gigi Buffon the captain is absent due to an injury in this match, Buffon was also absent in the game against Denmark he was replaced by Napoli's keeper Morgan De Sanctis. Marco Storari will be Buffon replacement in this match. Another player who were doubtful to be available in this match is Marchisio, he was getting a problem with his shoulder in the game against Denmark. Giacherini is ready for Marchisio replacement.

Italy remain at the Top of Group B World Cup 2014 Qualifiers

Italy successfully to keep their position in the top of Group B in World Cup 2014 Qualifiers. Playing at San Siro italy managed to defeat Denmark 3-1, this was a good winning for Italy since they were played with ten men. Pablo Osvaldo was sent off after he was condemned by the referee for punching Denmark player, a little harsh decision in my personal opinion.

Prandelli's team was playing very well in the match much better then their previous match, they played calm and well organized. The only thing that should noted was the Offensive line, Osvaldo and Balotelli who was playing that night seems did not suit one another.

Italy Denmark World Cup Qualifier

Italy will host Denmark at San Siro on Tuesday 16 October in World Cup 2014 Qualifier match. This will going to be the real test for Prandelli's squad, eventhough italy still not defeated in three previous game and sit in the top position of group B, many side critize Italy's performance. On their previous games against Bulgaria, Malta and Armenia, Italy seems to overwhelmed by those team especially against Bulgaria and Armenia. However with their experience they securing seven points from three matches.

Facing Denmark it a test for Italy because Denmark is seen as stronger team than all previous Italy's opponent, if they are win Prandelli squad can silence media criticism towards them, but if otherwise it is a serious home work for Prandelli. 

Andriy Shevchenko - Serie A Legend

Andriy Shevchenko Ukrainian national team who played in Milan during seven seasons (1999-2006) has become history to the club. Shevchenko scored 175 goals from 296 games at Milan made him as second's highest goalscorer for the club under Gunnar Nordahl.

Shevchenko join Milan from Dynamo Kiev with a 25 million pound sterling transfer. Shevchenko wins many title with Milan starts with Champions League in 2002-2003 after defeating Milan's arch-rivals Juventus in the final by penalty shootout. Italia secured three points in World Cup qualifier against Armenia, Goal from Pirlo (penalty kick), De Rossi and Osvaldo bring Italia win against Armenia by 3-1. Italia gain this winning painstakingly, after Pirlo's goal in 10' minute, Armenia played very well and equalized in 27' Minute by Henrikh Mhkitaryan.

Italia will continue their journey on World Cup 2014 qualification match against Armenia. Italia should win this match, Armenia is one of the weakest in the grup despite their position at third. Italia join in the Group B along with Denmark and Czech Rep, at their previous two matches Italia managed to secure four points.

Serie A Match Highlights - Week 7

Juventus, Napoli and Lazio are still solid in top three after each team seals their three points in matchday 7. Ten man Inter successfully defeat Milan in San Siro in derby, this win put Inter in fourth place in this week. Roma also successfull to gain positive result and seals a crucial three points by defeating Atalanta 2-0.

While sadly for Milan, they still have to struggle to get back into their performance. Playing with more men Allegri's team only managed to dominated the ball possession but failed to scored a goal. This result brought Milan in 11th position only two points away from relegation.

Klose and Jovetic managed to get back in the Top five in Goal Scorer, both of the striker scored one goal. Cavani still in the first position with 6 goals, followed by Gilardino,Klose and Jovetic with 5 goals.

Bad Debut for Alessandro Del Piero

Del Piero's  Debut ended with bad result, his team Sydney FC lost to the host team Phoenix Wellington 2-0 in the first match of A-League. Eventhough his condiiton not yet fit 100 %, Del Piero playing for the 90 minutes in the match.

Former Juventus legend was expected to bring Sydney FC to glory, it seems that Del Piero need to work a little bit harder after this match.

1. Chievo vs Sampdoria

Chievo still not managed to win this season this bad result make the club sacked the coach. Micoli was been playing brilliantly last match,scored hat-trick and one of the goal would be the best goal in Serie A ever. His performance should be taken care by Genoa defender. My Prediction : Genoa 1-1 Palermo.

Serie A Match Highlights - Week 6

Juventus still dominant until matchday 6, beating Roma by 4-1. Their position is still remain in 1st followed closely by Napoli who also collecting 16 points after defeating Sampdoria by 0-1. Inter Milan managed to reach the third position after win against Fiorentina 2-1 replacing Lazio who also win against Siena, both of the teams is colleting 12 points.

Inter's good result did not followed by their old brother AC Milan, played a day before they been held by Parma by 1-1 placing them in 11th position in Serie A.

There are new names in top scorer Cavani is still on the top by six goals, Gilardino in second position with five goals followed by Bianchi,Cassano,Jovetic,El Sharaawy with four goals.

Champions League Match Prediction

Champions League Matchday 2  will be held in the next midweek, i will only predict matches that involves Serie A team which are Juventus and AC Milan. Juventus will host Shakhtar Donetsk, while AC Milan will travel to Russia to face Zenit Saint Petersburg.

Serie A Match Prediction Week 6

1. Parma vs Milan

Milan's morale was boosted after gaining victory in their last match against Cagliari. Milan and Allegri will face another challenge which is Parma in their home. Milan need to be consistent in their performance, this will be a good test for them. For Parma eventhough they just collecting 5 points from 5 matches it was not a bad result judging by they have faced some teams that are favourite to be scudetto like Juventus,Napoli and Fiorentina. Milan still have a slight chance bigger to win this match only if they can keep their performance against Cagliari, if it is not i believe Milan's fans will be disappointed again. My Prediction : Parma 1-2 Milan.

2. Juventus vs Roma

This will be the Big Match for this week, Juventus will host Roma. This season Roma played very entertaining, with attacking philosophy by Zeman. However since many youngster filled the Roma's squad, the result wasn't good enough like when Roma defeated against Bologna after two goals advantages until 60th minutes or draw against Sampdoria because keeper's blunder. Juventus played more balanced and consistent.My Prediction : Juventus 2-1 Roma.

3. Udinese vs Genoa

It is hard to predict this one, both of the teams have similar strength. Playing at home should be an advantage for Udinese, Di Natale's performance is declining compare last season, this is one of the factor that they didn't get a good result in this season. My prediction : Udinese 0 - 0 Genoa.

4. Atalanta vs Torino

Atalanta has good historical performance against Torino,from their five head to head matches Atalanta won four times.Both of the teams have collecting 5 points from 5 matches. My prediction : Atalanta 2-1 Torino.

5. Bologna vs Catania

Catania is in a good form at this point, successfully hold Napoli with ten men, then won against Atalanta. Meanwhile for Bologna the curve is declining, after won against Roma they draw against Pescara and defeat by Siena. Bologna surely need a win to get back their confidence. My Prediction : Bologna 1-1 Catania.

6. Cagliari vs Pescara

Another hard match to predicted, but i believe Pescara will win this match because their performance is starts to increasing after three consecutive defeat, they have arise with a draw against Bologna and gain their first win at home against Palermo. While for Cagliari they still strive for their first win. My Prediction Cagliari 0-1 Pescara.

7. Lazio vs Siena

Eventhough Siena morale is in a good condition after two consecutive victory,one of them against Inter, I believe Siena's winning streak will stopped by Lazio. Lazio need to seals three points they need to keep the distance from Juventus and Napoli at first and second position. My Prediction : Lazio 2-0 Siena.

8. Palermo vs Chievo

Both of the teams have very bad starts, Palermo only collecting 1 poin while Chievo 3 points from 5 matches. My Prediction : Palermo 0-0 Chievo.

9. Sampdoria vs Napoli

This is the second big match in this week, Sampdoria against Napoli,surely Napoli is the more favourite side to win. But this is not going to be an easy match for Napoli, Sampdoria is still unbeaten this season. If Napoli can keep they performance like playing like Lazio definately Sampdoria will face their first defeat in this season. My Prediction : Sampdoria 0-2 Napoli.

10. Inter vs Fiorentina

Third Big Match in this week, Inter is curious to get their first win at San Siro in this season. Fiorentina is the team that they are going to face at their home. La Violla has just succesfully stopped the Juventus's winning streak. It seems that Nerazurri has to be more patient to get their first win at home. My Prediction Inter 2-2 Fiorentina.

Serie A Match Highlights Week 5

Juventus's winning streak stopped by Fiorentina, after the game ended with 0-0 draw. Fiorentina side claims that they are deserve to win since they was playing better than Juve. Juventus is still at top standings with 13 points, however in second place Napoli is trailing them also with 13 points after gain a convincing victory against Lazio, Hat-trick by Edison Cavani seals Napoli's win.

Duo Milano also gain positive result in this week, Milan managed to seal their first win in San Siro after defeating Cagliari by two goals from El Shaarawy, good performance by the youngster. While for Inter also managed to win against Chievo by two goals from Pereira and Cassano.

With his Hat-trick now Cavani shifted Jovetic from the Capocannonieri with 5 goals, Cassano also managed to put his name in the list with 3 goals.

Juventus managed to continue their winning streak in their fourth match, while Napoli were held by 10-man Catania and Lazio fell at home to Genoa. The two Milan teams also failed to win both Inter and Milan fell to their respective opponents which are Siena and Genoa. Milan had to play with nine men against Udinese, a little bit lucky for Milan, Udinese not play so well in the game it is not impossible they would lose more than 1 goal.

With this result Juventus still firmly on top of the standings with 12 points, followed by Napoli in second with 10 points then Lazio and Sampdoria are both collected nine points at third and fourth position.

Jovetic still leading the Goal Scorer with 4 goals, Alberto Gilardino from Bologna managed to up his position with 3 goals same with Pazzini,Lopez and Klose.

Parma vs Fiorentina

Fiorentina will be more favored team to win despite playing at Parma's home. In three previous Serie A matches Fiorentina recorded 2 wins and 1 defeat against Napoli, while Parma recorded one win against Chievo and 2 defeats, but in the previous matches Parma has a heavier opponent, namely Juventus and Napoli. This will be a tight match but i predicts Fiorentina will win by 2-1

Juventus vs Chievo

Juventus will host Chievo in Serie A fourth match, if Juve can keep their fitness by doing a rotation players then Juventus will continues their winning streak in Serie A. September is though month for some core Juve players like Pirlo,Buffon,Vucinic,Giovinco,Bonucci,Barzagli, since there were 2014 WC Qualification match and Champions League. They had to play like two games in a week, so fatigue might befall them. Nevertheless I still believe that Juventus will winning this match by 2-0

Sampdoria vs Torino

Sampdoria is in a very good condition, in theier last five games always ended with the victory for them. Some achieved by beating the big teams like Barcelona and AC Milan. But their next opponent should not be underestimated, Torino will come to the Sampdoria headquarters in Matchday 4. Torino is always a difficult opponent for Sampdoria, in their past two meetings at Serie B, Torino always win. Playing in front of his own supporters is an advantage that should be exploited by Sampdoria. But I predict the game will end in a 2-2 draw.

Atalanta vs Palermo

The game is difficult to predict because both teams have an equal quality. But Atalanta opened this season better, especially on the previous game they managed to defeat one of the favorite team for Scudetto AC Milan. In addition they will also be playing at home, so I predict Atalanta will win by 2-1

Bologna vs Pescara

If Bologna can repeat their performance against AS Roma, then Pescara have to wait longer to get their first points in this season. I predict will win 3-1 Bologna

Cagliari vs Roma

In the last three games Roma played quite well especially when against Inter Milan, however they still made ​​a fatal mistake by still giving the opponent to strike them back for example, in the game against Bologna last week a 2-0 lead until the 60th minute failed to be maintained until the end, Roma lost 2-3 against Bologna at Olimpico. Inter vs Siena

Inter should be able to tackle Siena in this week, Stramccioni pillars have rested several players like Sneijder, Millito. Both players are expected to be fit in time against Siena at Guiseppe Meazza. I predicted Inter would win by 2-1

Udinese vs Milan

Both Udinese and Milan have a bad start this season, Udinese recorded 2 draws and 1 defeat, while Milan is only 1 win and 2 defeats. Plus a little bit unconducive conditions at Milan dressing room,their head coach rumored to be replaced if does not win against Udinese, Allegri recently rumored fight with former Milan player Filipo Inzaghi, who is now a coach to Junior Milan. Allergri accused Inzaghi wants his position, but the news was quickly denied by the Milan side. Whatever actually happened Allegri obvious discomfort with his current state.Playing at home is clearly beneficial for Udinese,especially with Milan conditions that are still looking for the best shape of their squad. I predict the game will end in a 1-1 draw.

Lazio vs Genoa

Along with Juventus and Napoli, Lazio is also unbeaten team at Serie A. Playing at home against Genoa I believe Lazio will win, one thing that could wedge is the fatigue factor after playing in the Europa League against Tottenham which ended with a 0-0 draw. I predicts Lazio would win by 1-0.

Allegri future would be determined by the result of Milan next match against Udinese. Three point is a must for Allegri for keeping his position as Milan head coach. Milan has started their season badly, from four official matches, Rossoneri only gain 3 points in SerieA and 1 poin in Champions League.

Milan at Worst Performance

After a goaless match against Anderlecht in San Siro in their first match in Champions League, many critized Milan for their performance. Many said that Milan is in progress  to change since they have sold their two best players Zlatan and Silva while others cannot see the progress itself. Seems like the players and even the head coach Allegri didn't know what to do. Allegri has just give an absurd statement after Anderlecht match by saying "This is a small step in good direction", but those statement is treat as an insult for many Milan supporters. Milan playing like a mediocre team,with a mediocre players and mediocre Coach.

Serie A Matchday 3 Highlight and Result

Juventus,Napoli and Lazio still continuing their winning streak in matchday 3 Serie A, this result put them in top three standings this week. Inter managed to silence criticism after win against Torino. Milan and Roma suffers defeat in this week, more  tragic for the Roma since they have lead by two goals in the first half before Bologna managed to equalize by double goals in less than 2 minutes and a winning goal by Gilardino.

Jovetic still consisten to scored goal for Fiorentina, he is now at the top in Capocannonieri by 4 goals followed Klose,Pazzini,Maxi Lopez and Hernanes with 3 goals.

Doubt on Allegri

Milan continue to show their inconsistency in Serie A after lose against Atalanta in San Siro. This result is the bad record for season start,previously Milan never lose back to back at San Siro. Many fans believe that this is because Milan transfer activities that cause this, but not little puts the blame on Allegri.

The fans feels that Allegri is lack of creativity by keep pushing to use 4-3-1-2 formation, with current squad the fans feels 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 formation is more suitable for Milan.

Serie A Match Prediction Week 3 - Genoa vs Juventus

Genoa will host Juventus on matchday 3 Serie A this week on Sunday 16 September, Juve certainly takes hard work to be able to beat Genoa, from the last few matches Genoa always difficult for Juventus.

Coupled with the factor of the Champions League next week, where Juventus will undergo their first game since Calciopoli case in 2006. Rotation will be performed at the Juventus, given that some of their players are a mainstay in the Italian national team.

Italia U21 gained convincing win in Euro U21 Cup Qualification match against Liechtenstein on Thursday 6 September. Milan Striker El Shaarawy managed to scored 2 goals and 1 assist. Azzurini already win by 5 goals in first half, goals scored by Guiseppe De Lucca(2),Ciro Immobile,El Shaarawy, and wonderfull strike by Federico Viviani. I'm interested to make this post a few time ago,started with Alessandro Nesta transfer to Montreal Impact from Ac Milan. Honestly i don't know much about MLS League. All I know is David Beckham,Robbie Keane and Landon Donovan are playing for LA Galaxy that's it.

Boateng must undergo an operation to his right hand while Montolivo having problem with his thigh.

For Boateng i don't think he will missed out any match,he still can play for Milan with his injury, However the medical team suggest for both of the players are expected to recover for 2-3 weeks,certainly they will missed match against Atalanta,Anderlecht and Udinese.

This situation certainly not a good thing for Milan,however it is a chance for players like Emanuelson and Traore to plays and shows their skill to Allegri.

Giampaolo Pazzini played brilliantly against Bologna in Serie A second game, scoring three goals, Pazzini brought Milan grabs their first three points of this season.Although doubted by many parties regarding this transfer with Cassano, with his performance, Pazzini answers those doubts.

AC Milan one of the most highlighted team in Serie A this season, after suprising many by selling their two stars Zlatan and Silva to PSG, Milan still trying to get the replacement for both of the players. However transfer window is only 4 days left and we can say Milan didn't have any significant transfer this season.

The club has announced that they are having financial problem so they must sell their stars and tighten up the expenditure. But, do you remember the star players that they already sold in past few years ? Let me remind you

1. Andriy Shevcenko - 2006/07 to Chelsea approximately £30,8 million or equal €36 million
2. Kaka -2009/10 to Real Madrid approximately €65 million
3. Zlatan and Silva to PSG approximately €65 million

Those are some gigantic transfer from Milan in past few years, Milan get €166 million in total...that was GIGANTIC compare to among other top club except for Manchester United which got  €100 million for selling Chistiano Ronaldo to Madrid. Where all the money gone ? Buying another stars player ? Don't think so, Milan famous to get player by loan with permanent clause e.g Ronaldinho,Zlatan.With their consistency playing in Champion League it will give another income to them, so it is a little bit weird if all that money gone because of huge wage of Milan player.

A day before Juventus the title holder win against Parma. On the Sunday Match Inter  got their first win against promotion team Pescara  by 3-0, Cassano debut was going well the ex-Milan player managed to give an assist for Diego Millito.

Two goals from Stevan Jovetic managed to bring Fiorentina opened their season with 3 points. Playing at home Fiorentina fell behind through the Udinese goal.

Fiorentina have the majority ball possession but quick counterattack from Udinese from Luis Muriel managed to give nice through ball to Maicosuel, managed him to get one on one with Viviano the Fiorentina keeper, Maicosuel shot the ball to right corner 1-0 for Udinese. Fiorentina get the equalizer on 66th minute by a goal from Stevan Jovetic, receiving the ball from left side Jovetic unleash a shot that get deflected by Danilo, no chance for Brkic to stop the ball 1-1.At the injury time Jovetic second goal seals the Fiorentina win, great long pass from Aquilani to Jovetic into the penalty area the Montenegro striker calmly put the ball into right corner 2-1.

As Predicted before Juventus grabs their first win in this season againts Parma by 2-0 in Juventus Stadium, goal was scored by Stephan Lichsteiner and Andrea Pirlo.

Juventus get their first chance to scored in the 32th minute, Juve given a penalty after Lichsteiner violated by Mirante the Parma keeper. This decision protested by Parma side but the referee keep still with his decision. Penalty taken by vidal was blocked by Mirante the scores is remain 0-0. Juventus dominated the game a few minutes later Vucinic almost put his name into scoreboard but the post denied him.

At the second half Juve get their first goal in 53th minutes Asamoah managed to pass Alesandro Rosi and sending a cross ball into the center, Stephan Lichsteiner get the ball 1-0 for Juve.

4 minutes later Juve get a free kick after Parma's captain Lucarelli violated Vidal near the penalty box. Pirlo's shoot was catched by Mirante however assistant referee feels Mirante already crossed the line 2-0 for Juve. Despite the controversy from penalty and the second goal, Juve is deserved their winning the match they are dominated the game againts Parma.
